Information you should not submit
Do not use public website forms to send passwords, access codes, detailed vulnerability information, banking credentials, identity documents or other highly sensitive information. Alpha Threat Solutions will provide an appropriate method if such information is genuinely required later.
Storage, sharing and retention
Information may be processed by the hosting and email providers needed to operate the website and deliver the enquiry. It is retained only for as long as reasonably required for the enquiry, related business records, legal obligations or legitimate operational purposes, then securely removed or anonymised where appropriate.
